Washington, US – Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s accusations against India in connection with the killing of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar without any concrete evidence are unfortunate, said Mukesh Aghi, President of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) and Chief Executive Officer. After this allegations, the tension between the two countries have increased. India has strongly denied Canada’s allegations.

Aghi further said that the relationship between India and Canada is very old. A large trade is carried on between the two countries. More than 2,30,000 Indian students are studying in Canada. Canada has invested an estimated $55 billion in India. The Canadian Prime Minister’s allegations are motivated by domestic politics and are dependent on the Sikh majority party for their political survival.
