Beijing (China) – After the missing of the Minster of External Affairs, China’s Defence Minister is missing. Sometime before, the Chief of ‘Rocket Force’ of China’s Army was missing. Li Shangfu was given the charge of the Defence Minister in March 2023. The Minister of External Affairs Qin Gang, was removed from power in July. He had been missing for two months before that.

In this regard, the US Ambassador to Japan Rahm Emanuel tweeted that China’s Defence Minister was missing for the last two weeks. Li Shangfu was missing from 23rd August 2023. He appears to be missing soon after his address in the Peace and Security Council.
