Seema Haider pleads for mercy to the President of India Draupadi Murmu

She appealed for citizenship of India !

Noida (UP) – Pakistani woman Seema Haider has now appealed to the President of India Draupadi Murmu for mercy. She said that she has travelled to India due to her love for Sachin. She has also mentioned the love stories of Heer-Ranjha, Laila-Majnu, and Shirin-Farhad. Referring to film actors Alia Bhatt and Akshay Kumar, she asked that ‘if they can stay in India despite having foreign citizenship, why can’t I ?’ Supreme Court advocate AP Singh has sent this plea to the President on behalf of Seema. In a 38-page petition, Seema has requested the President to allow her to stay in India.

Excerpts from the letter written by Seema Haider

1. I have embraced Hinduism. I am not lying about anything. Anti-Terrorist Squad is interrogating me. I’m also ready to face an investigation by CBI, RAW, and NIA.

2. I should be granted citizenship in India because I am India’s daughter-in-law now. I am married to Sachin.

3. Many people from Bangladesh, Pakistan, or other countries have been granted Indian citizenship. In the last 5 years, 5,220 foreign nationals have been granted Indian citizenship. Owing to this, I should also get citizenship.
