Prayagraj, 10thJanuary – Preparation for Maha Kumbha Mela is going on at full speed. 40 to 50 crore people are likely to come to Maha Kumbha Mela. We are trying to do everything necessary to welcome them with the spirit of ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ (Seeing guest as the God), said Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya while talking to ‘Sanatan Prabhat’. He had come to the foundation’s kitchen department in Prayagraj’s Sector 6, Kumbhanagari, to inaugurate the Maha Kumbha Annadan Seva of ‘Akshay Patra Foundation’ associated with ISKCON. A total of 30,000 devotees will be provided Mahaprasad daily through this and other kitchens of ‘Akshay Patra Foundation’.

Bharatharshabha Das, National President of Akshaya Patra Foundation, said about this service, “We have resolved to provide food to at least 10 to 15 lakh people during the entire period of the Kumbha Mela. For this, various big donors have announced their financial support to us.”
