Rehman Khan arrested for forcibly entering Jagannath Puri Temple

Puri (Odisha) – The Police have arrested Rahman Khan, a Muslim, for forcibly entering the Jagannath Puri Temple. Non-Hindus are forbidden to enter the Temple. Since 25-year-old Rahman Khan entered the temple by violating the rule hurting Hindu religious sentiments, the Police have arrested him.

As per the information by a News agency, the security personnel caught Rahman Khan from Murshidabad in Bengal when he entered the Temple in Jagannath Puri. At that time, he abused the Police. Police have informed that further investigation was going on.
