Washington (USA) – “As President of the G20 Summit, India should play a unique role to end the Russia-Ukraine war because it has historic relationship with Russia for many years. Also, India can speak with morality and clarity, which we have seen in Prime Minister Modi,” the United States expressed its standpoint. The United States also expressed its desire to work with India to find solutions to stop the war.

For many years, Warner has been instrumental in building a strong India-US relationship.

It is an embarrassment to not have a US Ambassador to India for the past 2 years !

Mark Warner further said that for the last two years, the United States has not appointed its ambassador to India. This is embarrassing.

Warner further suggested that, if the current contender for this post Eric Garcetti is not able to get enough votes for a Senatorial confirmation, an equally qualified candidate should be considered.
