Hindus becoming a Minority effectively means losing India !

BJP Leader, Advocate Ashwini Upadhyay, has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking Minority status for Hindus based on their population in a State. As per the instructions of the Honourable Court in this regard, the Union Government had sought this information from all the States and Union Territories. Accordingly, the Central Government submitted the information provided by 24 States and 6 Union Territories to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court will take the appropriate decision after study.

Perhaps in States where Hindus are in a minority, they will get the same status and facilities as the Minorities do. However, in a Nation whose economy is based on the taxes paid by Hindus, the Nation in which the forefathers of Hindus sacrificed their lives to preserve the country’s resources and culture, should be given the title of Minority just to avail better facilities in India, is humiliating for all Hindus.
The fundamental question is – are Hindus aware and do they realise that this amounts to humiliating all the National heroes who sacrificed everything for the sake of Hindutva and to protect the country from the aggressors ?

The followers of a religion which does not approve of singing the National song ‘Vande Mataram’, are being showered with the resources of this Motherland just because they are in a Minority. The former Congress Prime Minister of the country had said that Muslims have the first right to the resources of this country. This is not a happy situation for the Hindus of the land.

In no country in the world are the Minorities pampered by trampling over the rights of its majority citizens. However, in India, the majority have to plead in the Supreme Court that they are in a minority to get benefits. What sort of a contradiction is this ? Should we obtain materialistic gains by being a Minority ? O’ Hindus ! Give this aspect a deeper thought.

Progressives will categorise Hindus as criminals

Hindus in India have never tried to impose their Dharma on Muslims or people of other sects just because they are Minorities. On the other hand, Muslims have converted or killed millions of Hindus with the tip of the sword.

Christians converted Hindus through lure or deceit; yet, after Independence, Hindus accepted both these sects as they were. Conveniently turning a blind eye to this fact, the so-called progressives have a soft corner for Christians and Muslims, and try to paint Hindus as the oppressors.

Since Christians and Muslims are considered to be ‘Minorities’, one may think that so-called progressive or humanitarian groups are sympathetic towards them. These people and their organisations have never shown sympathy towards Hindus in the States where Hindus are in a Minority. These people are also conveniently silent about the 4,50,000 Kashmiri Hindus who were displaced from Kashmir, and the suffering Minority Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh have been subjected to. Therefore, Hindus should note that Hindu hatred is one way to fulfill the ‘Agenda’ of such people and organisations.

This is the ‘Royal Path’ laid down by the Congress

Congress established the Sachar Committee in the year 2005 for educational, economic and social reforms for Muslims. The Committee submitted a total of 76 recommendations. There was a deliberate attempt to show that the Muslims were backward. However, the report did not mention that the reason for such backwardness is Islamic fundamentalism.

After receiving this report, the erstwhile Congress Government at the Centre announced a 15-point programme for the development of Muslims. The country’s budget for the year 2010 reserved 15% funds for Minorities in various Government schemes.

In the 5-year plan for the period 2007 to 2012, Rs 7,000 crores were approved to implement various development schemes for Minorities. Government of India is operating as many as 41 schemes for the development of Minorities, besides the 15-point programme that is implemented on the recommendations of the Sachar Commission. This is the ‘Royal Path’ laid down by the Congress to make Muslims a majority in India.

It is shameful for Hindus in India that they have to declare themselves as a ‘Minority’ to avail the associated benefits

Currently, Hindus are a Minority in 8 States of the country. So, it is time for Hindus to demand facilities as Minorities in these States. The process of making Hindus a Minority in these States has been going on for long in a step-wise manner.

What will happen if in future Hindus become a Minority in some other States of India ? To understand the implications, Hindus should remember the example of the Kashmiri Pandits who had to flee Kashmir. This is no exaggeration.

In the year 1947, the Nation faced Partition and Pakistan was created. Before that, Afghanistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, Sri Lanka, Myanmar separated from India and became Independent countries. None of these countries have remained a ‘Hindu Nation’. So, effectively what does ‘Hindus becoming a Minority’ actually mean ?

The only answer is ‘Losing India’. Therefore, it is time for Hindus to decide between becoming a Minority or creating a glorious India.
