Tricolour used for cleaning cars in Jammu, while in UP green flag hoisted after tearing the Tricolour

Jammu/Bahraich – Umar Mohammad from the Doda District of Jammu and Kahsmir insulted the Tricolour. He was arrested by the Police. The video of Umar using the Tricolour to clean cars had gone viral on social media. In another incident, in the Bahraich District of Uttar Pradesh, two youth – Aslam and Shahwan – tore a Tricolour hoisted on a water tank and hoisted a green flag there, and hence, both were arrested. A crime has been registered in both the cases.

A. Salman from Kushinagar in Uttar Pradesh was arrested for hoisting Pakistan’s flag atop his house. The Police acted after the video of this incident went viral on social media. (If there are so many incidents that are being exposed because of social media, we will not be able to even imagine how many instances of insult of the Tricolour have actually taken place ! – Editor)

B. In another incident, in one procession at Aurai Village of Muzaffarpur District of Uttar Pradesh, in place of the Ashok Chakra in the National flag, an image of the moon and a star were noticed. When a BJP MLA reported this incident, 4 people were arrested.
