Prayagraj (UP) – In the Conference held here, a decision of making a Constitution of Hindu Rashtra has been taken. It will be named as ‘Constitution of Hindu Rashtra.’ This Constitution will be presented before Saints and devotees in the Magh Mela to be held next year.The Secretary of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidvat Parishad, Dr Kameshwar Updhyay has been made the convener of the formation of the Constitution. This will comprise 3 committees having law and security experts. Every committee will have 25 members. Representatives of 127 sects along with Sikh, Buddha, Jain will be incorporated into the committees. The aim is to prepare the draft of the Constitution by the month of Shravan (Lunar calendar).

Voting right to be implemented from 16 years of age

Convener of the Saint’s Conference Managing Committee Swami Anand Swarup said that the beginning in the direction of making a ‘Hindu Rashtra’ has been made. There are 543 Constituencies. Every Constituency will have one elected Dharma-MP. The age of every candidate in the Constituency will be above 25 years; 16 years onwards will have the voting right. Kashi Parliament House will be based on the pattern of the Delhi Parliament House.  48 acre land near Shalukanteshwar in Kashi has been selected. Kashi will be made the capital of Hindu Rashtra.

Muslims will not have the right to vote

Muslims will be honoured and protected but they will not have the right to vote, stated Anand Swarup.

The Constitution of Hindu Rashtra will be based on Dharma Scriptures

The Constitution of Hindu Rashtra will comprise the points from Shrimadbhagwadgeeta, Shriramcharitmanas, Manusmruti, Vedas and Puranas. Education in Gurukul for boys and girls from 3 to 8 years will be compulsory in the Hindu Rashtra. They will be free to join any school of their choice later.

The cabinet in the Hindu Rashtra will be just like Chandragupta Maurya’s cabinet

Swami Anand Swarup said further that the cabinet in the Hindu Rashtra will be just like Chandragupta Maurya’s cabinet and will comprise various departments of security, education, politics, health, etc.
