Playgroup school closed for the last 22 days

Tumakuru (Karnataka) – In the Muslim majority city Bommanahalli Pallya of the Tumakuru District, a playgroup school has been closed for the last 22 days by the religious fanatics. The school will remain closed till the argument regarding the appointment of the candidate within the city is not solved, said the citizens.
In the playgroup centre, Suma, the worker in the small playgroup centre in Vijaynagar in the Taluka, was appointed on the 26th October 2021. On the 10th of November, as she came along with the Supervisor for reporting, the citizens protested against it and locked the playgroup centre. According to the information obtained, even after filing a complaint in the Police station by the planning officers, the Police couldn’t unlock the school.

The citizens have demanded the appointment of a Muslim worker, as 99% of the citizens are Muslims.
