The Supreme Court said that even before we have given strict instructions to take necessary steps to stop such incidents. This has to be followed immediately. (If the instructions of the Supreme Court are not followed, how will there be law and order in the country ? People feel that the leaders of political parties, administration and the Police who are not following instructions of the Supreme Court must be punished ! – Editor)
