After Mahant Shri Kishore Puri Maharaj of Mehendipur Balaji Temple renounced his body, Rajasthan’s Congress Govt is setting up to take over the Temple

As no one is shouldering the responsibility of the Temple management, the Temple will be taken over by the Govt

Editorial comments

  • The public should take initiative in managing the Temple and drive home the point to the Congress Government that the Temples belong to the devotees and not the Government. Even religious organisations should come forward for it.
  • What else can be expected from Hindu-phobic Congress Government ?

Jaipur (Rajasthan) – It is said that after Mahant Shri Kishore Puri Maharaj of the famous Mehendipur Balaji Temple renounced his body, Rajasthan’s Congress Government is planning to take over the Temple’s management. The Government is thinking of taking over the Temple as there is no one to look after the Temple after Mahant Shri Kishore Puri Maharaj’s demise. During the prolonged illness of Shri Kishore Puri Maharaj, the Government had received complaints about the mismanagement of the Temple. (People had complaints against the Congress, when it was in power at the Centre and in States, about its mismanagement and corruption. If the same logic which the Congress Government is giving for grabbing the Temples be applied to Congress how will they react to it ? – Editor) It is being said that like the management of the Jammu’s Vaishnav Devi Temple, the Government will take over the management of the Mehendipur Temple also.
