  • Why National Commission for Women, Women’s organisations, etc. are silent over this ? Where are the feminists who remembered their rights when they were denied entry into a temple ? Or, are they hiding somewhere ! Do they not feel that women are being insulted ?
  •  Recently, an actress posted a video. Some viewers advised her to dress properly. The so-called reformist artists, media, etc. created havoc against those who objected to the actress’s attire, saying women’s freedom is being targeted. Would such artists and media show courage in opposing the Islamic Scholar now ?
  •  Why does the Police not take any action against those making such anti-social and malicious statements ? Senior Police officers should take action against such Police.

Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) – A video of a fatwa stating, ‘Women going out after 9 p.m. are prostitutes and hence, should be killed’, has been released by Salih Batheri, an Islamic Scholar from Kerala.

Some years ago, Govindachami was sentenced in a rape case in Kerala. Salih has welcomed the rapist Govindachami in this video. Salih also said that Govindachami had killed the young victim after having raped her. Govindachami had said in his defence, ‘the woman was travelling alone at night, and every woman who travels alone at night is a prostitute’. Salih criticised the Judge hearing the case of Govindachami. Police have not taken any action against Salih as yet. (It is not surprising that the Police appease the minorities in a State governed by the Socialists. – Editor)
