4 Rohingyas arrested for human and gold smuggling from Myanmar to India

As of now 2,000 individuals brought to India on fake papers

Rohingya women are sold in India and Malaysia

Infiltrator Rohingyas are now involved in crimes also. The thing that was feared came true ! Is the Government going to take steps to drive them out of the country at least now ?

Bulandshahar (UP) – The Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad (UP ATS) arrested 4 Rohingya Muslims for human and gold smuggling. Two of them have been arrested from Bulandshahar and the rest from Meerut. The investigation has revealed that their gang is active at international level and they used to receive money through hawala channels. They are identified as Hafiz Shafiq, Aziz-ur-Rehman, Mufiz-ur-Rehman and Mohammed Ismail. All four of them are originally from Myanmar.

  1. The gang used to prepare fake Aadhar and election cards for the Rohingya youth, and based on these forged documents their passports were made. Later, they were brought to India from Myanmar with a promise to get work in Indian factories with the help of Indian identity cards. The gang used to receive a commission for it. The documents and foreign currency have been recovered from them after their arrest.
  2. The Police investigation further revealed that the gang involves many others, including some Indians. An action will be taken against the rest of the gang members.
  3. The gang also has links with Malaysia. The gang is involved in trafficking Rohingya women in India and Malaysia. As of now, the gang has brought 2,000 individuals to India on the fake documents. The Police are investigating the matter.
