Alwar (Rajasthan) – A woman has accused a Police Sub-Inspector Bharat Singh of raping her for three days along with another accomplice. She had approached the Police Station to register a complaint against her husband. The Police Sub-Inspector has been arrested and he has been suspended. Apart from, this an inquiry has been initiated against four other Policemen as well. It is alleged that the rape was committed inside the SI’s residence, within the compound of the police station.

Earlier in 2018, the woman had filed a case of dowry harassment and mental distress against her husband which was later settled. But now the woman’s husband wanted to divorce her. She therefore approached the police station to get the police to stop her husband from proceeding with the divorce.
