New Delhi – Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar announced that, “we have received many complaints regarding the content of OTT platforms. Films and serials released on OTT platforms and digital newspapers don’t come under purview of Press Council Act, Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act or Censor Board. Guidelines will be announced regarding their functioning soon.”
