Construction to be completed in 3 years

New Delhi – Construction of the Sri Ram Mandir at Ayodhya will begin on Makar Sankranti. Shree Ram Janmabhoomi Tirthakshetra Trust has informed that the temple construction will be completed in 3 years.

The Trust has reported that the Temple will be constructed on 5 acres of land and the main temple structure will be 3 storeyed and measure 360 feet in length, 235 feet wide and 161 feet high. Special cement which can last 400 years will be used in the construction. While the staircase to enter the temple will consist of 22 steps, provision will also be made for a lift and ramp for senior citizens and disabled people. Various other construction works will also commence simultaneously on the remaining 65 acres of land near the main temple.
