New Delhi – ‘Every citizen in the country will get the Covid-19 vaccine free of charge. The Government will spend Rs.500 on the vaccination of each citizen’, said the Union Minister of Strate Pratap Sarangi. Amidst the Bihar election campaign, the BJP announced ‘it will provide Covid-19 vaccine to Bihar citizens, free of charge’. This declaration resulted in countrywide protests. In this regard, the announcement of Sarangi is considered as important.
