Coronavirus’ impact on healthcare

New Delhi – The coronavirus crisis has affected children’s health services. Failure to take immediate action will increase the risk of death of children under 5 years of age. More than 6,000 children are likely to die every day for the next six months, said Henrietta Fore, UNICEF Executive Director. She also said that $1.6 billion were needed to provide health care to these children.
