Raipur (Chhattisgarh) – Complaints against writer Arundhati Roy has been lodged in 15 Police stations in the State for criticizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Indian Government. In an interview given to a German news channel, Roy had said that the Central Government was planning a strategy to commit genocide of Muslims during fight with the coronavirus crisis. She said, “It reminds me of the way the Nazis plotted to genocide of Jews”. The complaints have been lodged under the leadership of Adv. Bhupendra Jain of the Law Department of the Chhattisgarh Civil Society.
