Shivamogga (Karnataka) – Muslims across the country celebrated the festival of Ramzan with great enthusiasm on 31st March. After offering namaz at the Eidgah ground in Sagar taluk of Shivamogga district of Karnataka, Muslims raised slogans in support of Palestine and displayed placards reading ‘Free Palestine’. Placards were also displayed saying ‘Stop Israel’s aggression on Palestine and the Gaza Strip’. On this occasion, Muslims tied black ribbons and offered mass namaz against the Union Government’s Waqf Amendment Bill. Among those raising slogans in support of Palestine were activists of the SDPI organisation.
Placards insulting the Sangh Parivar displayed
Hubballi (Karnataka) – A case has been registered at the Upnagar police station against SDPI activists who displayed placards insulting the Sangh Parivar during Ramzan namaz in Rani Chennamma Circle in Hubballi. (Remember that fanatic Muslims use their festivals to spread hatred against Hindus and pro-Hindu organisations. – Editor) It has hurt the sentiments of Hindus.
