Case relating to theft of donations from Shri Ram Temple

Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh) – All the employees engaged in counting donations at Shri Ram Temple have been removed. Around 35 to 40 people were involved in counting the donated money. Since the role of most of them was found to be suspicious, all of them have been removed. The bank has deployed new employees. Donation counting is now being carried out under strict supervision.

Commenting on the case of the alleged irregularities in donations received at Shri Ram Temple, Mahant Dharmdas Baba, former litigant for Ramlala and Mahant of Hanumangarhi Temple, said that no punishment would be too severe for those who committed this despicable act. The entire country has condemned the incident. Chief Minister Yogi has constituted a Special Investigation Team to probe the matter. He will not tolerate even the slightest negligence in this case. Mahant Dharmdas Baba expressed the view that the present ‘trust-only’ model of administration in Ayodhya should be replaced with the traditional ‘saint-centric’ system.
