Physical, mental and religious harassment of 150 Hindu girl students and 9 Hindu employees exposed !

‘Corporate Jihad’ in Government Women's Industrial Training Institute in Solapur

Solapur, Maharashtra – A shocking case of ‘Corporate Jihad’ has come to light in the Government Women’s Industrial Training Institute (‘ITI’) here. It has come to light that 150 girl students and 9 Hindu employees of the institute were subjected to physical, mental and religious harassment. In this regard, the employees submitted a written representation to the Additional Chief Secretary of the Skill Development Department on 27 March 2026 demanding action. According to this representation, the Government has constituted a committee to investigate the allegations and a team of this committee recently visited the college of the Industrial Training Institute.

‘Love Jihad’ network and indoctrination of girl students !

Muslim Group Instructor Rameja Kampli in the institute appointed a woman named Rukhsar Shaikh on an hourly basis through an irregular procedure. This Rukhsar Shaikh was giving extremely perverted and provocative teachings to the girl students, saying, “Fall in love. If parents do not permit marriage, cut your own hands.” The girl students themselves testified before the media in tears that lessons on love were being imparted in the college. In addition, Rameja defamed Hindu girl students by linking their names with different boys. It is alleged that most of the boys with whom the names of Hindu girl students were linked were Muslims.

In this regard, ‘Sakal Hindu Samaj’ has submitted a representation to the Chairman of the High-Level Main Office Inquiry Committee.

Religious discrimination and deliberate harassment of Hindu girl students !

An extremely poisonous religious atmosphere was created in the institute. A girl student of the ‘Parlour Trade’ (a vocational course) wanted leave because she had a fever. At that time, Rameja made an anti-Hindu and insulting remark to her over her applying vermilion, saying, “You apply vermilion, you cannot be ill.” During menstruation, inhuman advice such as “Drink less water” was being given so that girl students would not have to use the toilet. Rameja was instigating Muslim girl students against Hindu teachers. (True nature of Muslim teachers ! No matter what position a Muslim occupies, he does not abandon his anti-Hindu tendency; this is evident from this ! – Editor)

Things noticed from the complaint submitted to the Additional Chief Secretary

Hindu employees were deliberately harassed and removed from their posts, and in their place, persons belonging to the Muslim community were illegally recruited without any advertisement or experience.
Permanent employee Mrs Swati Pukale was deliberately harassed and driven out. As soon as the post in the ‘TWPT’ (Textile Wet Processing Technician – a vocational course) branch became vacant, Mrs Nahid Shaikh was recruited without issuing any advertisement and despite having no experience. Almas Shaikh was recruited despite having no experience in the ‘Fruit and Vegetable Trade’.
Even though hourly employee Tamanna Shaikh remained absent from work for 5 months, so that no Hindu person should be appointed there, the girls were not taught the subject under her charge for 5 months, and later a Muslim person alone was recruited there as well.
Taking advantage of being the admission head, teacher Rameja does not provide complete information regarding admission to Hindu girls, whereas Muslim girls are given preference and are taught separately in Arif Shaikh’s class.
To sign the employees’ bills, Mrs Rameja demands a bribe of ₹1,000 every month.
Even though raw materials for practical training are supplied free of cost by the Government, Rameja and other Muslim employees were forcibly compelling the girl students to purchase uniform cloth and materials for preparing clothes at rates higher than the market price.
Cleaning employee Archana Jadhav was removed and Zakir Suleman was recruited. Although Archana Jadhav was taken back due to opposition, she is now being subjected to terrible mental harassment.
After the unfortunate incident at Badlapur, the Maharashtra Government issued a strict order that only female cleaning employees should be appointed for maintaining cleanliness of toilets in women’s colleges and schools. Despite this, Mrs Rameja removed the Hindu female cleaning employee from work and appointed a Muslim man as a cleaning worker in the girls’ institution. This is extremely serious and an instance of administrative negligence from the point of view of the safety of the girl students.
Mrs Rameja used to stop educational activities for 4 days every month and forcibly make 150 girl students do strenuous work such as sweeping, mopping and cutting bushes. In this, many girls suffered injuries and dizziness. If any girl spoke in opposition, she was followed up to her house and threatened.
When the then Principal Mr Amar Jadhav tried to curb these illegal acts, Rameja’s husband threatened to kill him and run a truck over him and drove him out of the institution. At present, pressure is being exerted on the girls who have raised their voice by threatening to register criminal cases against them.

Institution’s reputation being tarnished due to internal disputes among female employees ! – Manoj Bidkar, Acting (Temporary) Principal

More than 9 courses are functioning properly in the Girls’ Industrial Training Institute. Due to internal differences between two female employees of the Beauty Enhancement and Tailoring Departments, the institution’s reputation is being tarnished. There are no complaints from girl students of other departments; complaints exist only in two departments.

Inquiry in Government Industrial Training Institute by Pune Deputy Director !

For conducting an inquiry in this regard, a special team led by Pune Deputy Director Anil Jadhav conducted an inquiry at the Government Industrial Training Institute on 19 June. When correspondents of Sanatan Prabhat telephoned Deputy Director Anil Jadhav to obtain more information in this matter, he did not answer the phone.
