Hindu girl threatened into marriage by love jihadi Faheem, who has a criminal background
Faheem’s family found involved in illegal arms smuggling
(‘Jannat’ means heaven, while ‘Nikah’ refers to marriage according to Islamic custom.)

New Delhi – A shocking case involving the abduction, gang rape, and forced religious conversion of a 23-year-old Hindu woman has come to light in Delhi’s Batla House area. The victim told the Police that Faheem used to say, “Because of my criminal background, I cannot travel outside India for Hajj. Therefore, in order to enter Jannat, I will have to marry a Hindu woman and convert her to Islam.” Based on the victim’s complaint, Delhi Police registered a case and arrested four accused individuals.
The victim stated in her complaint,
1. In 2021, she came into contact through social media with a young man named ‘Sahil’. He introduced himself as belonging to a wealthy Hindu family and, by promising marriage, called her to Batla House in Delhi in 2022. There, Faheem and one of his friends gang-raped her, recorded a video of the act, and later used it to threaten her. It was there that she discovered the young man’s real name was not Sahil, but Faheem. Thereafter, she was taken to Meerut.
2. Her nikah was conducted, and her name was changed to Ayesha. Gradually, it emerged that Faheem’s family is involved in illegal arms smuggling.
3. During this period, she was subjected to multiple forms of abuse. Meat was thrown at her, and she was threatened that she would be tied upside down from a terrace and thrown down.
4. Unable to bear the harassment, she had reportedly decided to commit suicide. At that time, someone stopped her and took her to an organisation. Thereafter, the Police registered a case against Faheem and arrested him.
5. The victim has alleged that Faheem contacted her even from prison. She also claimed that she has been receiving death threats from a Dubai phone number.
