Minor Muslim Girl Repeatedly Raped by Her Father and Uncle Over Several Months : Muzaffarnagar

Muzaffarnagar (Uttar Pradesh) – An outrageous incident has come to light here, wherein a 14-year-old girl was repeatedly raped by her own father and uncle. The victim’s mother had already left the home prior to these events.

According to information provided by the police, the girl’s uncle repeatedly raped the victim over a period of four months, threatening to kill her if she resisted. When the victim mustered the courage to confide in her father about the ordeal, he—instead of helping her—proceeded to rape her himself. Following this, the victim recounted the entire sequence of events to her maternal aunt. Subsequently, on April 30, 2026, her aunt lodged a formal complaint with the police. In connection with this case, the police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) against the victim’s father and uncle under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and have arrested both individuals.
