1. The two became acquainted in 2022 while working at a private establishment in Malad. Their acquaintance later developed into a friendship. 2. In 2024, the two were living together in a live-in relationship (cohabitation without marriage). During this period, he allegedly had physical relations with her by falsely promising marriage. The woman became pregnant twice, and he compelled her to undergo abortions.

3. After realizing that she had been deceived, the woman went to the accused’s residence on 28 May to confront him. He and his family members then assaulted her.
