China builds more than 80 nuclear missile launch sites in a remote desert

Washington DC (USA) – Satellite images have revealed that China is constructing a vast network of nuclear missile launch sites, bunkers and communication systems in a remote desert region. The facilities are intended for China’s longest-range missiles. More than 80 nuclear missile launch sites have reportedly been built. China’s nuclear-capable missiles are already capable of reaching any city in the United States.

According to experts, the purpose of this network is to ensure that China’s ability to retaliate is not completely destroyed in the event of a first strike by the United States against China’s nuclear arsenal. The area is also being equipped with facilities for electronic warfare, satellite communications and command-and-control operations. Information about this massive construction project had never been publicly revealed before.
