Atrocities committed against Hindu girls by Jihadis in Ghaziabad, Etah, and Maharajganj Districts

Four new cases of ‘Love Jihad’ come to light in Uttar Pradesh
Imran, along with three minor ‘Love Jihadis’, arrested
Victims include Hindu girls aged between 11 and 15 years

Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) – Recently, four cases of ‘Love Jihad’ have surfaced across three districts of the state. In Ghaziabad, Etah, and Maharajganj, ‘Love Jihadis’ lured even minor Hindu girls into their traps. Some girls are as young as 11 to 15 years old, subjecting them to rape, forced religious conversion and pressure to marry. In connection with these incidents, Imran, along with three other minor ‘Love Jihadis’, has been arrested.

1. Ghaziabad : In the Khoda area of this district, a young Muslim man raped an 11-year-old Hindu girl. The Police took the accused into custody after the victim’s family filed a formal complaint at the Police Station.

2. Etah : In this district, a young Muslim man lured a young Hindu woman into his trap and pressured her to convert to Islam and marry him. Acting swiftly after the victim filed a complaint at the Police Station, the Police arrested the accused.

3. Maharajganj : Two cases of ‘Love Jihad’ have emerged from this district. In the first case, a young Muslim man lured away a 13-year-old Hindu student by making false promises. The girls was studying in the 7th grade. The victim’s family has lodged a complaint with the Police and the Police are currently searching for the accused.

In a separate case, a ‘Love Jihad’ perpetrator lured a 15-year-old Hindu girl into his trap and abducted her. Based on a complaint filed by the victim’s father, the Police registered a case against the accused and arrested him.
