What is the case ?

The woman, who lived with her husband and two children in the Mayur Park area, had reportedly been in contact with the accused for 4–5 months. According to the complaint, she left her family and went to her native place in Phulambri, insisting on living with him. Despite repeated warnings from her family and others, she continued the association.

On the night of 15 April at around 10:30 pm, the accused came to her house. The woman’s parents reportedly found them behind the house in an objectionable situation. jumped into the well; however, he fled from the spot instead of jumping with her.
