Congress leader Sachin Sawant's outrageous statement
Congress supports Sharad Pawar, who made statements to divide the Warkari sect

Mumbai – The Congress has supported NCP party president and Rajya Sabha MP Sharad Pawar, who is dividing the Hindu community by stating that people with regressive views have entered the Warkari sect. Congress General Secretary Sachin Sawant has tried to insult Hindu Dharma by saying, ‘Atheism is acceptable in Hindu Dharma, and Savarkar, who taught the definition of Hindutva to the Chief Minister, was also an atheist.’ He expressed this opinion on social media. (Swatantryaveer Savarkar advocated scientific Hindu Dharma; but he never renounced it. Congress is playing with the Hindu beliefs by calling him an ‘atheist’ for political gains – Editor).
Sachin Sawant said he completely agrees with Sharad Pawar’s opinion. An attempt is being made to infiltrate the Warkari sect, through fake Babas of Sangh (RSS) ideology, self-proclaimed Acharyas and Kirtankars who spread hateful ideology. (Sharad Pawar’s statement to make a list of Kirtankars of the Warkari sect and the Congress supporting it, is an attempt to divide the Warkari movement. Calling the Kirtankars who educate the society through abhangas of revered Saints as ‘fake’ or ‘infiltrators’ is an insult to the entire Warkari sect – Editor).
