AIMIM leader arrested in Basti (Uttar Pradesh) for sexually abusing 300 girls

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) – AIMIM leader Azfarul Haq alias Prince was arrested in the case of sexual exploitation, conversion and trafficking of young girls in Basti. The victim, who filed a complaint in this case, works in a private hospital in Basti city. Based on her complaint, the Police registered cases of gang rape, conversion and other crimes against Azfarul and 7 others. Azfarul Haq was arrested from Bandra in Mumbai. It is estimated that this gang lured 300 girls into its trap and sexually exploited them.

1. In 2022, the victim girl met Azfarul Haq alias Prince. Pretending to be a Hindu, he lured her into a romantic relationship by promising her a good job and sexually exploited her.

2. Azfarul Haq and his associates made objectionable videos of themselves having sexual relations with young girls and threatened them. These videos were used as weapons and many girls were forcibly sent into prostitution in the country and abroad.
