Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh) – A student was beaten to death by cow smugglers at Dhushan Mahua Chapi in Pipraich area of ​​Gorakhpur at night. The smugglers pushed the student out of the vehicle, due to which he suffered serious head injuries and died. Due to this incident, angry villagers blocked the road and pelted stones at the police. Several policemen were injured in this. Along with this, a vehicle was set on fire.

Locals allege that the student’s murder occurred because the police ignored the cow smuggling. This led to protests by citizens and attacks on the police.
