We will not tolerate nuclear war threats

PM Modi warns Pakistan from the Red Fort on the eve of Independence Day

New Delhi – India has decided that it will not tolerate nuclear war threats. Nuclear blackmail has been going on for many years. We will no longer endure such blackmail. If the enemy continues its attempts, our armed forces will act according to the targets they set. We will give a fitting and direct response. With these strong words, Prime Minister Narendra Modi warned Pakistan during his address from the Red Fort in Delhi on the occasion of the 79th Independence Day. Just a few days earlier, Pakistan’s Army Field Marshal Asim Munir had threatened nuclear war, saying they could ‘take half the world down’.

Pakistan has lost its sleep

Today, on Independence Day, I had the honour of saluting the brave soldiers of ‘Operation Sindoor’. Our courageous soldiers have punished the enemy far beyond its imagination. In Pahalgam, terrorists from across the border killed people after asking their religion — husbands were killed in front of their wives, fathers in front of their children. There was an outcry across India. The whole world was shocked by this incident. We gave our armed forces complete freedom — they set the strategy, chose the targets, picked the timing, and did what had not been done in decades. They entered enemy territory and destroyed terrorist headquarters. Pakistan has lost its sleep. The damage inflicted there is so vast that new information is coming out daily. Our country has endured terrorism for decades. They have attacked the very heart of our nation. From now on, we will not distinguish between terrorists and those who shelter or support them. They are enemies of humanity.

We reject the Indus Water Treaty

India has decided that now blood and water will not flow together. The people understand how unjust and one-sided the Indus Water Treaty is. My farmers suffer from thirst without water. What kind of treaty was this? For seven decades, it has caused unimaginable loss to farmers in my country. Now, the right to India’s share of water will belong solely to India and its farmers. In the interest of farmers and the nation, we reject this treaty.

We will implement the Sudarshan Chakra Project

Shrikrushna had the Sudarshan Chakra. We have chosen the same path. In the Mahabharat, during the war, Shrikrushna used this chakra to block the sunlight, creating darkness during the day, allowing Arjun to fulfil his vow to slay Jayadrath. Now, India will launch the ‘Sudarshan Chakra Project’. By the year 2035, in the next 10 years, all critical places in the country — hospitals, railways, places of faith — will be given full protective coverage using new technological facilities.

We will make India developed by 2047

We have pledged to make India a developed nation by 2047. For this, we will neither stop nor bow down. Only those who have worked hard have created history. This is the right time to change the course of time.

Demographic changes are being attempted in Jharkhand

Due to the rise in the Muslim population, the tribal Hindu population is at risk. If Hindus do not unite, their very existence will be in danger.
