Param Bir Singh ordered me to arrest the Sarsanghchalak : Ex-ATS Officer

Mumbai – The then chief investigating officer of the Malegaon blast case, Param Bir Singh, had ordered me to arrest RSS chief Dr Mohan Bhagwat and also asked me to conduct a false investigation to prove saffron terrorism, revealed former Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad officer Mehboob Mujawar. He was talking to a news channel after the verdict in the Malegaon bomb blast case.

Mujawar further said, “The accused in this case, Sandeep Dange and Ramji Kalsangra, were murdered; but Param Bir Singh had ordered me to investigate as if they were alive. I opposed all wrongdoing and denied conducting false investigation. Therefore, many false cases were filed against me; but I was acquitted.”
