Patliputra, Bihar – At the Cabinet meeting held on July 8thunder the leadership of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, 43 proposals were approved. Among them was a significant proposal granting 35% reservation to native women candidates of Bihar in direct recruitment to all categories of government posts. The cabinet gave its nod to this progressive policy aimed at empowering women in the state.
Additionally, an important proposal concerning the youth of Bihar was also approved. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar gave his consent for the establishment of a Youth Commission in the state, a move that he personally announced. Apart from these, several other key proposals from the General Administration Department were also approved by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar during the meeting.
