Church Priest rapes 16-year-old boy in Kerala

• The priest fled as soon as the crime was reported

• Attempt to save the priest from the church

Kasaragod (Kerala) – A case has been registered against Father Paul Thattuparambil, the priest of St. Paul’s Church in Athirumavu, under the ‘POCSO’ Act, for raping a 16-year-old boy. The priest is currently absconding and the church is trying to save him from this case.

This priest sexually abused a minor student of class 11 at his home and other places between May 15, 2024 and August 13, 2024. After this act came to light, the church has started trying to protect him. People associated with the church have denied the allegations against Paul.
