Bangladeshi Muslim infiltrators kidnap an Indian soldier from the border

The soldier was released after talks between the Border Security Force and Border Guard Bangladesh officials

Murshidabad (Bengal) – A Border Security Force soldier was abducted by Bangladeshi Muslim infiltrators from Indo-Bangladesh border at Nurpurin Murshidabad District on June 4th. The infiltrators took the soldier to Bangladesh. This had created tension on the border. The Indian soldier was released after talks between the Border Security Force and ‘Border Guard Bangladesh’.

The soldier who was kidnapped was posted on the border near Kathalia village. Some Bangladeshi infiltrators were trying to cross the border from here. The soldier tried to stop them. At that time, some infiltrators caught the soldier and took him across the border. A video of him being tied to a banana tree has been circulating on social media, but no one has confirmed whether it is real or not.

Editorial Perspective

This is shameful for India ! If soldiers cannot protect themselves, how will they protect the country ? Infiltrators openly entering India and kidnapping Indian soldiers shows how weak the border security is. This is the reason Bangladeshi infiltrators enter the country. What is the Union Government going to do to change this situation ?
