Not just the laws, but the entire system must be revamped : Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain

‘Sanatan Rashtra Pathdarshan’ session held as part of the Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav

Ponda (Goa) – ‘Many legal cases regarding atrocities on Hindus are still pending in courts. How long it will take for these judgements to be delivered is something we must decide. Currently, the system in India is anti-Hindu. When the law regarding the Waqf Board was passed in Parliament, and petitions were filed against it in the Supreme Court, the Court discussed how the law could be stopped. But a law passed by Parliament cannot be nullified easily. These events indicate that not only the laws, but the entire system is anti-Hindu and therefore must be changed’, Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, spokesperson for the Hindu Front for Justice and Supreme Court lawyer, said during the ‘Sanatan Rashtra Pathdarshan’ session on the second day of the Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav held on 18th May. Present on the dais were former Commissioner of Central Information Commission and ‘Save Culture Save Bharat’ convenor Uday Mahurkar, Neeraj Atri (President of the National Centre for Historical Research and Analysis), Abhay Vartak (Spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha), and Ramesh Shinde (National Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti).

Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain further said, ‘Numerous laws have unknowingly been created against Hindus. There are many unconstitutional flaws in Articles 29 and 30 of the Constitution. Article 30 is being misused. Under Article 26, mosques and churches are exempted from Government acquisition; however, when it comes to Hindu temples, this very article is sidelined. While ordering the demolition of a Shiv temple, the Delhi High Court says, ‘May Lord Shiv forgive us !’ If the Hindu community also creates pressure groups for this struggle, only then can we safeguard Hindu temples. Additionally, because of anti-Hindu laws, we are being oppressed. Even judges do not have a clear understanding of the definitions of secularism and socialism. The Minority Commission is unconstitutional, yet no one attempts to understand this — and that is the tragedy. Today, thousands are converting their religion to gain access to the benefits provided in minority educational institutions. Large sums of money are found in the home of a judge of the Delhi Supreme Court, but not even a simple complaint is filed. Neither does he resign. Enquiry committees fail. This judge himself says, ‘I will not leave the post of judge’. If these are the kind of judges we have, how can devout Hindu advocates fight ? Our Hindu Rashtra should not be one that signs ceasefires but should be a Sanatan Rashtra that establishes an undivided Hindu Rashtra including Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan. We Hindus are extremely tolerant and peaceful when it comes to our sacred sites. All Hindus should unitedly demand, ‘Our sacred sites must be liberated’.

I thank Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti on behalf of all the devout Hindus : Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain

Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain

Since the beginning of the Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav, I have been experiencing the feeling that the history of the Hindu Rashtra is being written on the sacred soil of Goa, and this is truly memorable. On behalf of the entire Hindu community, we thank Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti for their ideal planning and efforts. We had attended the All India Hindu Rashtra Convention in 2013. Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale is our Guru, and we have been blessed by Him. Great changes have occurred in our lives because of Him. We are receiving a new spiritual energy in our legal battles for Ayodhya, Kashi, Mathura, Gyanvapi, and Sambhal. For this, we are deeply grateful at the feet of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale. This struggle of devout Hindus like us has grown immensely today, and it is solely due to the blessings of Gurudev ! Sanatan Sanstha and Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay will, in the future, evolve into great spiritual centres. I extend heartfelt thanks to Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti on behalf of all devout Hindus.

Strict restrictions must be imposed on those who carry out cultural invasion and destroy our culture : Uday Mahurkar, Coordinator, Save Culture Save Bharat

Uday Mahurkar

The cultural invasion on the country is the greatest threat we currently face. Through platforms like social media, OTT, and pornography, obscene videos are being shown, and there is a direct attack on Hindu culture. Those who promote such content are essentially encouraging acts like rape. Around 80% of rapes in the country occur after watching obscene material. I had filed a complaint at a Police Station in Delhi against these platforms, but no First Information Report (FIR) was registered. The destruction of culture is increasing at an alarming rate. To counter this cultural onslaught, strict restrictions must be imposed on those destroying culture. Our demands
are as follows :

A. Under the Indecent Representation of Women Act, the punishment should be increased from 3 years to 10 years, and no bail should be granted for up to 3 years. Denial of bail for 3 years is a rule already applied to terrorists, and the same rule must be applied to these cultural terrorists.

B. A ‘Law of Ethics Code’ must be established to place restrictions on the content, visuals, themes, costumes, and language in films and shows. If these limits are crossed, the punishment should be 10 to 20 years of imprisonment.

Many Saints have prophesied that India will become a great nation. If there are obstacles in achieving this, then we must take the initiative to remove them. We will definitely win this fight !

Sanatan Sanstha is a truth-abiding, devout Hindu organisation : Mr Uday Mahurkar

Sanatan Sanstha is engaged in the noble work of nurturing moral and cultural values. In 2018, some fanatics demanded a ban on Sanatan Sanstha. However, having closely observed the organisation’s work, I, during my tenure as Deputy Editor of India Today, wrote an article in support of Sanatan Sanstha. In that article, I stated, ‘If anything deserves a ban, it should be organisations like Tablighi Jamaat or Deoband-linked mosques—not Sanatan Sanstha’. The Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav is nothing less than a gathering of virtuous people in this era of Kaliyug !

A scholarly battle is needed to stop the fictional and expanding Christian propaganda in India : Neeraj Atri, President, National Centre for Historical Research and Comparative Studies

Neeraj Atri

Just as Hindus face the threat of jihadis, an even greater threat is posed by the Christian sect. Their conversion campaigns are extremely dangerous, although not always visibly so. For over 2025 years, the Christian faith has misled the world with fabricated stories—most notably, the fictional tale of a non-existent Jesus being crucified on the cross. Following this fabricated narrative, festivals like Christmas and Easter came into practice. However, no one can fool the world forever. The time has now come to tell the truth to the world. In a country like India, which has always sought truth and values experiential knowledge, people are now being made to believe that only the content of a single book is the ultimate truth and are being pushed toward conversion. The Christian faith is based on falsehood, and this has been clearly proven by many credible historians from Western countries. The story goes that Jesus died on the cross and was resurrected three days later—a completely imaginary tale—yet it has led to traditions like celebrating Christmas in this country.

Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale is carrying out the work of Lord Parashuram : Abhay Vartak, Spokesperson, Sanatan Sanstha

Abhay Vartak

To herald the establishment of a Sanatan Rashtra, Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale has organised this grand event. This is the Shankhnad (clarion call) for the Sanatan Rashtra. To reach this stage, Sanatan Sanstha had to endure immense trials. Despite facing opposition from many powerful forces and investigative agencies that tried to destroy it, Sanatan Sanstha not only survived but now stands tall, proclaiming the vision of a Sanatan Rashtra—because the blessings of Shrikrishna are with the organisation. Goa is the land of Lord Parashuram, and today Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale is carrying forward the mission of Lord Parashuram.

Twenty-five years ago, Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale sowed the seed of Sanatan Sanstha. Today, it has grown into a mighty banyan tree, whose vast presence is now visible through this event. Every seeker in the Sanstha is deeply infused with love for the nation and Dharma in every fiber of their being. We consider ourselves as just a small monkey from Shriram’s army or a humble squirrel, contributing our little part to this divine cause. Gurudev Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale has shaped the seekers like a sculptor, turning them into embodiments of the Divine. No matter how much gratitude we express toward Him, it will always feel insufficient.

The Shankhnad from the land of Parashuram will certainly lead to the Sanatan Rashtra : Ramesh Shinde, National Spokesperson, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

Ramesh Shinde

During the anti-Government protests in Bangladesh against the Sheikh Hasina regime, it was the Hindus who were killed. In Kashmir, Kerala, and West Bengal, the Hindu population is gradually being wiped out. In Karnataka, devout Hindu activists are being selectively murdered. Recently in Pahalgam, Hindus were killed after being asked about their religious identity. Hindus are being targeted everywhere. India has become the only country where the majority (Hindus) are the ones who suffer violence, and yet Hindus remain focused solely on raising awareness. Therefore, it is no longer sufficient to merely spread awareness; now, decisive action is needed. Just as Samarth Ramdas Swami awakened the people and inspired them to join the mission of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, today too, the Saints are spreading awareness, and we must now prepare to fight for the establishment of the Sanatan Rashtra through this Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav. When the Shankhnad happened in Rameswaram, the destruction of Lanka became certain. When the Shankhnad happened on Kurukshetra, the defeat of the

Kauravas became inevitable. After Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s Shankhnad, Hindavi Swarajya was established. Now, as this Shankhnad is taking place in the land of Parashuram, the arrival of the Sanatan Rashtra is certain.

Henceforth, the Saffron colour will be seen not just in India, but across the entire world : Vinayak Shanbhag, Sanatan Sanstha

During the ‘Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav’, the devout Hindus and seekers wore saffron-coloured attire.

The saffron colour is associated with the Treta and Dwapar Yugas. It is closely linked with Lord Hanuman, who was a devotee of Shriram, and possessed both devotional (servitude) and heroic qualities. Saffron colour embodies both Brahmatej (radiance of a brahmin) and Kshatratej (radiance of a warrior). Saffron is the colour that contains the essence of both. Today, everyone present at the Mahotsav wore saffron-coloured clothing. This is a divine signal. From now on, saffron will not just be seen in India, but will be visible across the entire world.

Publication of Marathi e-book ‘Why do we need a Hindu Rashtra ?’ (transl.)

At the Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav, the Marathi e-book titled ‘Hindu Rashtra Ka Have ?’ (Why do we need a Hindu Rashtra ?) was launched by Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, Mr Neeraj Atri, Mr Uday Mahurkar, Mr Ramesh Shinde, and Mr Abhay Vartak. This book will be available on Amazon Kindle.

Second day of the Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav witnesses 1 crore chants of Shriram

To commemorate the 83rd birth anniversary of Sanatan Sanstha’s founder, Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Jayant Athavale, as well as the Silver Jubilee of the Sanstha, the grand and divine Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav is being held in a spiritually charged environment at the Engineering College ground in Ponda, Goa. On the first and second days of the festival, chanting of Shriram Naam ritual (jap-yajna) was performed. During this, all present—including seekers, devout Hindus, and attendees—devotionally chanted ‘Shri Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram’. With the resolve that ‘Ram Rajya should be established in India as soon as possible’, a total of 1 crore chants were completed. This chanting filled the entire event area with spiritual energy and divine consciousness (Chaitanya).
