Sangli, Maharashtra –“Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was not a secular person. He fought for the protection of Hindu Dharma. This is the true history. Today, history is being distorted for political purposes. Some paid historians are creating a dispute regarding the history of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj wanted to establish an independent Hindu kingdom,”clarified the founder of Shri Shiv Pratishthan Hindustan, Pujya Sambhajirao Bhide Guruji, while speaking at a press conference in Sangli. On this occasion, Dharkari Avinash Sawant was also present.

Pujya Sambhajirao Bhide Guruji further said that the political uproar going on in the Legislative Assembly today is shameful. Those who are creating chaos instead of addressing the issues of the common man are all anti-national. On one hand, they want to ban ‘dance bars’, on the other hand, they want to create an uproar in the House over a case like ‘Kamra’. This is inappropriate.

I have read the history that Waghya dog jumped into the pyre. Therefore, if there stands a memorial of Waghya dog at Raigad, how can it be wrong ?”, he questioned.

Silent march on March 29th on the occasion of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj’s sacrifice month

A silent march will be conducted on March 29th to mark the sacrifice month of Dharmaveer Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. This silent march, which will start from Maruti Chowk, will pass through Shivtirth, Municipal Corporation, Rajwada, Station Chowk, Badam Chowk, Khanbhag, Panchmukhi Maruti Road, Risala Road and will end at Shivtirth. On the death anniversary of Dharmaveer Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, everyone should pay homage to Dharmaveer Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj by participating in the silent march and fasting for the entire day, appealed Shri Shiv Pratishthan Hindustan.
