Samajwadi Leader Cash Khan’s unauthorised Hall bulldozed

Kannauj (Uttar Pradesh) – In Balapir area Samajwadi Leader Cash Khan’s illegally built Marriage Hall was torn down using a bulldozer. A heavy police force including municipal workers was present along with Sadar Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Ramkesh during the operation. SDM Ramkesh said that the SP leader had illegally encroached on the road during the previous government in the state and constructed the marriage hall. The road was closed by putting a lintel on the road and installing a gate.

The government had sent a notice to Cash Khan on 14th of November to demolish the encroachment. He was given 3 days to remove the encroachment by the government. This process was stopped after Cash Khan obtained a stay from the Court. The period of the stay expired, and then on the 7th of January the administration demolished the building.

A few days ago it became known that Samajwadi Party leader Cash Khan had encroached on Balapir areas 200 year old Shri Jagaeshwarnath Shiva temple. It is alleged that when the Samajwadi party was in Government Cash Khan got control on the historical Jageshwarnath Shiva temple and built a 3 storied house on its site.

Editorial Perspective

The matter of encroachment of government and Hindu land by many Muslim leaders of the Samajwadi Party has come to light. It would not be wrong if people feel that this party is made up of goons, Hinduphobic, and antinational leaders ? Such a party should be banned.
