Religious fanatics attack Hindu youth for sharing an Instagram post on Hindu Shaurya Din

Nashik, Maharashtra – On 7 December, the Police registered a case against Mizaan Shaikh, Ayaan Shaikh, Ayesha Shah, Sharik Shah, and Faheem Shaikh for attacking a Hindu youth who shared a post on Instagram commemorating Hindu Shaurya Din. (Strict action must be taken against such fanatics! – Editor)

On 6 December, the anniversary of the demolition of the Babri structure in Ayodhya, celebrated as Hindu Shaurya Din, an Instagram post was shared regarding the occasion. Enraged by the post, religious fanatics verbally abused and attacked a Hindu youth named Nayan. They hurled stones at his house and assaulted him with sticks.

The incident took place in Niphad. Following the attack, the youth’s father filed a complaint with the Police.
