The intelligence agency’s report states that tensions between Canada and India have led to an increase in cyber incidents. The Indian Government is developing sophisticated cyber programs, which pose risks to Canada at multiple levels. It is possible that India is implementing these cyber programs to strengthen its national security, engage in espionage, combat terrorism, and solidify its position in the world.
