Karnataka Minorities Welfare Minister Zameer Ahmed Khan states

Bengaluru (Karnataka) – “The Department of Hindu Charities and the Wakf Board are not separate. We say ‘Allah,’ you say ‘God’—that is the only difference,” stated Zameer Ahmed Khan. (This is not merely a single difference; there are countless differences, and words would fall short if we were to explore them all. Most Hindus are aware of this – Editor) I am not someone who engages in politics to play the caste card. (There are no politicians in this country who do not lie through their teeth. – Editor) “I am an Indian before I am a Muslim.” A true politician is the one who unites all communities in our country and state. (But does Zameer Ahmed have the courage to speak out against Tipu Sultan, who converted one lakh Hindus into Muslims in a single day ? If he does, then he can truly be considered a politician who brings both communities together! – Editor) According to BJP leaders, our government in Vijayapura has not issued notices to the owners of thousands of acres of land in the district.
Notices have only been issued to the owners of 11 acres of land. Action will be taken if any unauthorized notices are issued, claimed Zameer Ahmed Khan, Congress Waqf and Minority Welfare Minister in Karnataka.
Editorial PerspectiveThe statement made by Zameer Ahmed Khan highlights an important perspective: both the Government controlled Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department and the Waqf Board share similar objectives. While the state-run Hindu Charitable Department directs funds from Hindu temples, the Waqf Board claims assets belonging to Hindu temples and properties. Hindu Rashtra is necessary to prevent such practices and ensure Hindu resources are preserved. |
