Muslim fanatics attack Hindus in Bhilwara

Bhilwara (Rajasthan) – BJP leader Devendra Singh Hada was stabbed by fanatic Muslims because he was bursting crackers. There was stone pelting, and the vehicles were also torched. Hada’s nephew and another individual also got injured in this attack. The Police arrested 4 people and detained 25 in this connection. Currently, large Police force has been deployed in the area. Devendra Singh’s wife Manju Devi is a Corporator here. Hindu organisations and the BJP staged a protest on 25th October, against the incident.

Devendra Singh Hada runs a tea shop near Bhima Ganj Police Station. He and his friends were bursting crackers outside his shop, on the night of 24th October. At that time, 40-50 Muslims came and objected to bursting crackers. Hada said that they were bursting crackers to celebrate Diwali, Azharuddin stabbed him in the stomach. Those Hindus who tried to stop him, were also attacked.

As soon as the information reached the Hindus and the Police they rushed to the spot. Meanwhile, the Muslims fled. The Police took the injured to the hospital. They registered a case against Azharuddin Lohar, his brother Shahid, Faizan, Fardeen, Khalik Lohar and 40 others.

On the other hand, Corporator Manju Hada has also filed a complaint against Muslims, that Junaid, Javed, Monu, Yunus, Imran, Zafar, Oman, Junaid, Noman, Firdose, Tina, Zarina, Mumtaz, Bilkis and others, for attacking her house with iron rods, lathis and stones. They were threatening people to leave their homes.

Vinod Soni who lived in Nagouri area, near Mangala Chowk also filed a complaint with the Police, that around 11p.m. several Muslim women, Salim Ansari, Monu Ansari, Yunus, Imran, Khalid and Bilal pelted stones.

BJP and other independent Corporators led by Mayor Rakesh Pathak met the Police Superintendent, Dharmendra Singh. He was given a memorandum to arrest the accused immediately. (Why is such memorandum needed with the Police? -Editor)

The Corporator said that for some time there have been continuous, planned attacks on Hindus during their festivals.

Editorial Perspective

Hindus do not expect such attacks on a BJP member, in BJP ruled Rajasthan. These attacks are like in Bangladesh and Pakistan, where Hindus are being attacked frequently.
