Repeated insult of Hindu faith and culture by Congress : PM Narendra Modi

PM alleges that the Congress can stoop to any level to appease a certain community

Wardha – “Congress has always insulted our faith and culture. They even put Deity Ganesh in jail in Karnataka. A Ganesh idol, which was worshipped by some people, was taken to the Police station in the same vehicle which is used by the Police to carry the accused. Congress has always supported ‘Urban Naxals’. Congress is a party of dishonest and corrupt people. It can stoop to any level to appease a certain community,” stated Prime Minister Narendra Modi while speaking at a meeting here on 20^thSeptember. He was on a tour of Wardha, Maharashtra, where he laid foundation stone for several development projects.

PM Modi added,

1. Members of the ‘Tukde-Tukde’ gang and Urban Naxals are together running the Congress party. The royal family of Congress is known as the most corrupt family in the country.

2. Ganeshotsav is the festival of unity of India. The land of Maharashtra is the witness to this. Public Ganeshotsav was started by Lokmanya Tilak during the freedom struggle; but the Congress has hated the Ganeshotsav. Recently, I attended a Ganeshotsav event, which enraged the Congress. The ghost of appeasement was awakened in them. They opposed the programme of Ganesh Puja.
