Alleged violation of YouTube guidelines

New Delhi – YouTube has banned the channel of renowned French journalist François Gautier. The channel was removed due to an alleged violation of YouTube’s guidelines. YouTube has not provided any detailed explanation regarding the decision to remove the channel. Twitter account was suspended in 2021
In March 2021, following criticism directed at so-called activist Greta Thunberg and her associate Disha Ravi, Gautier’s Twitter account was suspended. The suspension came after Gautier criticised Thunberg’s ‘toolkit’ (a plan of action for large-scale protests) which included references to Khalistani involvement against India.
