Petitioner Jondhale said in the petition that the PM sought votes in the name of Hindu Deities, Sikh Gurus and their places of worship in his speech in Pilibhit, UP.
A bench of Justice Revathi Mohite-Dere and Justice Manjusha Deshpande will hear the matter on 8th April.
