It would not be wrong for the citizens of this glorious Hindu-majority country to feel fear from all sides – internal threats as well as external enemies.
New Delhi – An intervention petition has been filed by ‘Hindu Front for Justice’ against a ‘hate speech’ plea in the Supreme Court. According to the petition, incidents of Hindu hatred have increased in the country and a movement to convert Hindus is going on in the whole of India by Muslims and Christian missionaries. A petition filed in the Supreme Court seeks action in connection with the hateful speech made on 17th December 2021, in Haridwar at a gathering organised by Yati Narsinghanand, and on 19th December 2021, in Delhi at a gathering organised by ‘Hindu Yuva Vahini’ including others.
Inaction against those who say ‘Sarr Tan se Juda’ !
According to the petition filed by H.H. (Adv.) Hari Shankar Jain and Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain of ‘Hindu Front for Justice’, Muslim crowds marched in processions shouting ‘Sarr Tan se Juda’ (Decapitation) several times. Such blatant statements of beheading are being made. Subsequently, beheadings did take place around our country. Additionally, the application listed a few occasions in which stand-up comedians had openly made vulgar and derogatory remarks against Hindu Deities and faith. It referred to Munawar Faruqui’s most recent offensive video of Shriram and Mata Sita in which he uses obscene words. Instances when ‘hate statements’ have led to real crimes were also mentioned in the plea.
The petition read, “The hate crimes being committed by Muslims against Hindus are rapidly growing but the Police are very slow in taking action against the culprits due to political reasons and/or fear of Muslim ‘mobocracy’. However, in some very compelling circumstances, the Police registered FIRs. Yet, no effective action has been taken to curb the ongoing hatred against Hindus prevalent in a section of Muslims.
