In a fresh violent attack on minorities, over 80 houses of Hindus in the village of Sunamganj were attacked and vandalized by the supporters of Islamist group Hefazat-e-Islam. The attack was planned after a young Hindu criticized Joint-Secretary General Maulana Mufti Mamunul Haque in a Facebook post.
It said that China had taken revenge for India giving China a bloody nose in Galwan Valley. The message behind the cyber attack was – ‘If India takes tough lines, the whole country will face a severe power-cut’. This means that China had responded to India’s military action in this way.
