On the pretext of not mentioning the Kanhaiyalal murder case in the petition, the court reprimanded the Muslim advocate

New Delhi – The Supreme Court reprimanded advocate Salim Pasha while hearing a petition filed in a case of mob killings of persons belonging to the minority community. This petition was filed last year by the organization ‘National Federation of Indian Women’. It has demanded compensation to the families of those killed by the mob. The court has sought a response from several states within six weeks on the action taken in mob killings cases. The next hearing will be held after the summer vacation of the court.
